125ml Skimmed Milk
Half a Banana
30g Chia Seeds
40g Mixed Berries
- Measure out the milk, add in the chia seeds and the half of banana. Give this a stir.
- Place this mixture into the microwave until to the temperature of your liking.
- Top with the berries and honey.
- Sit down, and enjoy!
It is worth noting that whilst this can be made up the day of, I always make this the night before. I mix the chia seeds, milk and banana together and leave this in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds absorb more of the milk that way (in my opinion). Then I just heat it through, and top it with the berries and the honey. This can also be eaten cold so it’s good on the rare occasion that the weather’s nice.
