Recipe: Chia Pudding

I had this for breakfast at the weekend and this was so delicious! It was so easy to make and I cannot wait to try some other flavour combinations. I made this one so that the Chia Pudding was hot (it’s Autumn after all) but it could be eaten cold too.

Ingredients:

15g Chia Seeds

80g Frozen Mixed Berries

100g Greek Yoghurt

5g Honey

TSP Cinnamon

Method:

  • Mix the Chia Seeds and the Frozen Mixed Berries on the hob.
  • Heat them for a few minutes until the Berries have defrosted and the Chia Seeds have absorbed the liquid.
  • Add in the Cinnamon and cook until it’s mixed through.
  • Put the Greek Yoghurt into a bowl and top it with the Chia Pudding.
  • Sit down, and enjoy!
